Pulkit “Pete” Moudgil is a personal injury attorney and the founder of The Moudgil Law Firm, a personal injury practice based in Houston. He represents injured people and grieving families across Texas in cases involving car accidents, 18-wheeler crashes, rideshare collisions, workplace injuries, and wrongful death.

Raised in Texas, Pulkit found his calling after watching a family member struggle through the aftermath of a serious car accident. Seeing how a personal injury attorney guided his family through that difficult time inspired him to do the same for others. That personal experience still shapes the way he treats every client today.

Pulkit earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2016, and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas that same year. Before founding his own firm, he practiced with litigation firms where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Having worked on both sides of personal injury cases, he understands how insurance companies and defense lawyers evaluate claims, and he uses that knowledge to build stronger cases for his clients.

Pulkit lives by a simple guiding principle: “People may forget words or actions, but never the feelings they evoke.” Clients consistently describe him as responsive, hardworking, and genuinely invested in their recovery.
